Ritmos

Accustomed to linear time, to meeting objectives in a straight line, this series proposes a wandering and labyrinthine vision of time, trying to remember that the journey is more important than the goal and that the findings along the way are also valuable.  

 

In it I have mixed paper collages from different origins (India, Africa, New York, Paris, Madrid, etc.), with acrylics, waxes, pastels, resins and small textile elements that contain traditional recipes from the Spanish Golden Age.

 

Very urban series, where I express both the solitudes and deep silences, as well as the rhythms, sounds and bustles of the city.
